With many advances in sensor technology and the Internet of Things, Vehicle Ad Hoc Network (VANET) is becoming a new generation. VANET’s current technical challenges are deploying decentralized architecture protecting privacy. Because Blockchain features decentralized, distributed, mass storage, non-manipulation features, this paper designs using called Blockchain-based VANET. VANET can effectively resolve centralized problems mutual distrust between units. To achieve this, it needed to provide scalability on blockchain run for In system, our focus reliability incoming messages network. Vehicles check validity received proposed Bayesian formula trust management system some information saved Blockchain. Then, based validation result, vehicle computes rate each message type source vehicle. upload computed rates Roadside Units (RSUs) order calculate net value. Finally, RSUs sharding consensus mechanism generate blocks, including value as transaction. all collaboratively maintain latest updated Our experimental results show that effective, scalable dependable data gathering, computing, organization, retrieval values
